Choose the registration category that applies to you

Registration for the AFSTA Congress 2027 is available for members, non-members, exhibitors and postgraduate students.

If you are registering from an AFSTA member seed company or association, you can request member approval before proceeding with registration.

Please ensure that all information entered during registration is accurate, particularly your full name, passport details, nationality and organisation information.

Are you an AFSTA Member?

Create an account on the AfSTA website and click “Congress Registration.” If you are registering from an AfSTA member seed company or association, select the Member category and submit a request for approval.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email notification and the member approval will be automatically applied to your account, allowing you to proceed with registration at the applicable member rate.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

Select the category that applies to you

Choose the appropriate registration category when you begin your Congress registration.

Member

For delegates registering from an approved AFSTA member seed company or association.

Member Exhibitor

For representatives of AFSTA member organisations participating as exhibitors.

Non-Member

For delegates registering from organisations that are not AFSTA members.

Non-Member Exhibitor

For non-member organisations participating as exhibitors at the Congress.

Postgraduate Student

For eligible postgraduate students participating in the Congress.

Accompanying Persons: Spouses and children under 18 are not standalone registration categories. They can be added during the main delegate's registration process.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

How to register for AFSTA Congress 2027

Follow the steps below to complete your registration.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Visit the AFSTA website and create your user account. If you already have an account, simply log in.

REQUEST MEMBER APPROVAL

If you are registering from an AFSTA member seed company or association, select the Member category and submit your request for approval.

WAIT FOR APPROVAL

Once your membership request is approved, you will receive an email notification and the approval will automatically be applied to your account.

START CONGRESS REGISTRATION

SELECT YOUR CATEGORY

Choose Member, Member Exhibitor, Non-Member, Non-Member Exhibitor or Postgraduate Student.

ENTER YOUR DETAILS

Complete the registration form accurately. You may also add accompanying persons during the registration process.

SAVE & CONTINUE LATER

Save your registration and return later. Your entered information will be saved so you can continue where you left off.

COMPLETE PAYMENT

Review your registration details, select your preferred payment option and complete payment to finalise your registration.
